I first became interested in massage therapy as a career after receiving treatment for an injury.

Since then, I have been building on learning received during rehabilitative therapies for a variety of injuries to better understand my own health and the needs of my patients.
I mainly utilize Swedish massage and myofascial release techniques to address the needs of my patients in a holistic manner.

I am inspired by water and how it relates to movement, body bio mechanics and mental “flow”.

My treatment style is slow, rhythmic, and calming but also deep when needed. My interest in flow comes partly from my work as a visual artist.
I draw artistic inspiration from anatomy and physiology and am able to relate the meditative nature of painting to my work in the clinic.

Working as an artist also allows me to approach massage treatments in a creative way.

I’m most interested in treating patients with chronic pain conditions, depression and anxiety.

My hours are 2:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Mondays to Wednesdays
and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays.
As of July 22nd, 2021 I will be working

 Mondays, Tuesday & Wednesdays 2:30 – 7:30 & Thursdays 1:30 – 7:15pm.

When I’m not working, I spend time travelling, eating good food, and playing board games. Having grown up in east Vancouver, I am looking forward to building a client base in the Commercial Drive neighbourhood.
